iPad - user does not see/cannot use serverbased addressbook
We have recently set up a preproduction test system with Traveller, so far everything went fine and we have a handful of users testing it without major issues so far.
But as we all know, Murphy's laws are true, and its *of course* the CEO's iPad that refuses to provide acccess to the server address book while addressing an email.
While looking at the (pretty straightforward and simple) configuration, I cannot see an option to activate/deactivate the "address lookup" (sorry for the Blackberry term...).
Ideas, anyone ?
